Resigning my APL role.

Hi all,

I've resigned from my day job as a Bugzilla developer at Red Hat. Since
my new job doesn't involve Bugzilla, I also am not going to have the
time to be an Assistant Project Lead for the upstream project, and
therefore regretfully announce my resignation.

I'll reassign any bugs that I don't get to finish before I leave back to
the default assignee.
